### What I do and do not do

**Do you recover lost or locked wallets?**
Not on this site. Recovery is a separate practice with a separate contract: walletrecovery.info , which I have run since 2017 and which has completed more than 1,000 recoveries. If you have already lost access to a wallet, start there. The Bitcoin Consultancy is the other half of that work. It is what you hire before anything goes wrong: setting the wallet up correctly, designing the backup, and making sure the people who will need those coins after you can actually reach them.

**Do you give investment advice?**
No. I am not a licensed investment advisor and nothing on this site is investment advice. What I sell is technical and security advice: how custody works, how to hold keys safely, how transactions and fees work, how to tell a real platform from a fake one, and how to hand coins to your heirs. If you want someone to tell you how much to allocate, that is a conversation for a licensed advisor, not for me.

**Will you tell me which coins to buy?**
No. I do not make coin picks, price calls, or portfolio recommendations, and I decline the request when it comes up on a call. I will happily explain how a given asset works, what its security model depends on, and what would have to be true for it to hold value. What you do with that is yours to decide.

**Do you take custody of my coins?**
Never. In a self-custody setup or a security review you hold your own device and your own backup for the whole session. I do not ask for seed words, private keys, wallet files, or exchange logins, and there is no point in the engagement where funds pass through me. Anyone offering Bitcoin advice who wants your seed phrase is robbing you, whatever else they say.

**Can you recover funds that were stolen?**
No, and neither can anyone else. Once coins have been transferred out of a wallet, the transaction is final. Any service promising to claw stolen crypto back is itself a scam, and it is one of the patterns documented in the 2021 scam survey . **Can you review a platform before I invest?**
Yes, that is the due diligence and expert review service. You send me the platform, token, or offer; I come back with a written assessment of what it actually is, what the custody and counterparty risk look like, which claims check out against public records, and which ones do not. I will not tell you whether it is a good investment. I will tell you whether it is what it says it is.

**Can you help my company accept Bitcoin?**
Yes. Merchant acceptance is a standing module in both Crypto 101 and the team bootcamp : which payment processors exist, what self-hosted BTCPay actually requires to run, how to secure a receiving wallet that several staff members touch, and what happens on the accounting side when the payment lands.

**Do you work with attorneys?**
Yes, as a technical advisor. Estate attorneys bring me in when a will has to survive contact with a hardware wallet, and litigators bring me in to make sense of on-chain records, custody arrangements, and how a platform was supposed to work versus how it did. This is advisory work only. I do not hold myself out as a testifying expert witness.

**My relative died holding crypto. Is that this site?**
Only if they are still alive. Inheritance planning is the work you do beforehand so the coins are reachable later. If someone has already died and the keys are the problem now, that is a recovery case: walletrecovery.info/crypto-estate-recovery .

**I only want someone to check the setup I already built.**
That is a normal request and often the shortest engagement.
